3. Vanilla Ice
Vanilla Ice has had his share of experience with the law. He was known for having quite a temper, as some of his associates pointed out. The first case was back in 1991 when he was charged with possession of a firearm after he had been caught threatening a homeless man with a gun. Additionally, he was arrested in 2001 for assaulting his wife, although it wasn’t something that ended with severe injuries on either side – he admitted to pulling some of her hair out, but that was about it.
He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct afterward and was sentenced to probation. He also had to complete several family therapy sessions, which he did.
In 2008, he was arrested for a third time after being charged with battery. He allegedly kicked and hit his wife, although it turned out that he’d only pushed her. His wife confirmed the story, and he was ordered to stay away from her, even though the case was dropped later that year.
