Many celebrities are fans of collecting things such as cars, LPs, dresses and shoes, or whatever pops into their minds. However, Taylor Swift is just not into that kind of stuff. She’s more of a boyfriend collector. And what does she do with her exes?
Well, most of the times she writes songs about them. Here are her six songs for each of her boyfriends.
Remember that 27-second phone call from 2008, when Joe broke up with Taylor? Yeah, neither do we. Still, there must have been something that scared little Joe since Taylor sang in “Forever and Always”, “Did I say something way too honest? That made you run and hide like a scared little boy?”
In the song “Back to December”, Taylor actually apologized for her behavior in her relationship with Lautner, and for their messy breakup. She also apologized for the last time he saw her, “You gave me roses, and I left them there to die,” and says that she didn’t realize what she had.
Well Taylor, you better take it as a lesson, not just as lyrics.
It seems John Mayer, who‘s 11 years older than the 21-year-old singer, was a little bit too much for her. He was the one behind her verses in the song “Dear John” – “Don’t you think I was too young to be messed with? The girl in the dress cried the whole way home. I should’ve known.”
Still, John expressed a kind of an apology in his song “Paper Doll” saying, “Someone’s gonna paint you another sky.”
