To get a better ID on the suspect, the police asked the alleged victim to describe singer’s clothes and they say that the description fits with that the singer was wearing on the video clip at the alleged time of the attack.
The document was filed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff, and as part of a request to search the singer’s Instagram.com account for evidence.
However, prosecutors have not decided whether to press any charges over the incident.
The controversial singer is also facing two other lawsuits. He has a trial scheduled for July 2014 in Maimi, Florida for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and using an expired license charges.
In February 2014, Justin was charged relating to an alleged assault on a driver of a limousine in Toronto, Canada.
