Ryan Phillippe’s popularity seemed to be linked to his availability. During the 2000s, he was incredibly popular and was considered to be one of the premier heartthrobs on the big screen. However, he really didn’t last that long.
Maybe he was too much of a pretty boy, and once he got a little older, people just weren’t that excited about him anymore. However, a lot of people think that his career ended after he got married to actress Reese Witherspoon.
It seemed that her career continued to skyrocket, while he was left to take care of the kids at home. He still appears in a television show or tv movie here or there, but realistically, his phone is definitely not ringing a whole lot. Maybe women stopped being interested in him once he got married and started raising a family. Who knows?
