4. Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes
Everyone loved TLC in the 1990s. The only way you wouldn’t have loved them was if you were a completely heartless bastard of sorts. They were 90s incarnate; with more hits than we could hope to name (and hum). Everyone had their favorite TLC girl, but for most people, it was Lisa Lopes, better known as Left Eye.
In April 2002, the fans of the group and the rest of the world could not believe when they heard that Lisa lost her life in a car accident. Everyone had the feeling that she had so much more to give, both artistically and as a person.
Lisa herself was driving when the accident happened and she was the only one in the car to lose her life. She was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
