Since Caitlyn Jenner wowed everyone with her inspiring speech at the 2015 ESPYS, it’s hard to imagine that one of the most famous women in the world had so many worries before delivering her speech and after watching herself speak at the awards.

She opened up about her concerns in her blog, saying that she was first focused on what to wear. Keeping in mind that this was her first major public appearance, Caitlyn really wanted to shine – which she did. The fashion world praised her looks and everyone agreed that the white Donatella Versace dress suited her perfectly.

After Donatella promised to make her a glamorous dress, Caitlyn had other things on her mind. Because she suffers from dyslexia, the retired athlete had to memorize her speech in order to make sure her message was heard loud and clear. Needless to say that she nailed the speech and left the entire world speechless, but she was not 100% happy even then.

Namely, she revealed that her voice really bothered her at the awards, saying that ‘it was not quite right compared to her feminine appearance.’ However, she is aware that her voice is unimportant compared to her message, concluding that what she had to say was far more important than the pitch of her voice.
