Iggy Azalea has a sex tape. Even though the singer took to Twitter.com to insist that none of it is true, her former boyfriend/manager, Hefe Wine, claims that she signed her rights away to him, giving him legal authority to market the clip.

TMZ.com have documents showing that Iggy signed an agreement back in 2009, which allegedly gives him exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.”

Wine has reportedly stated that all he has to do is put a music bed under the sex tape, which he claims would then give him exclusive rights to sell it and that the star has no legal ability to stop any sales. Allegedly, Wine also has legal right to create a website to market Iggy’s tape.

All of this comes after Iggy took to Twitter.com to dismiss the sex tape claims.

“Obviously I’ve seen the news feed today and i just want to say… I dont have a sex tape but for the record. Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else’s intimate moments against their will is a sex offender. & it honestly makes me sick to see the media encourage any other attitude towards those sorts of people, we should want to protect our women. and i really hope that america will follow Europe and their laws to better protect peoples privacy and fundamental rights. And on that note, I’m off to get a manicure. peaaaaccceeeeeee outtttttt *drops the mic*.”

A representative for Iggy also told EntertainmentWise that it was not Iggy in the video.

“It is categorically not Iggy Azalea in the video in question. She has never been involved in any sexually explicit recordings.”
