Considering the fact that Justin Bieber is very successfully promoting his new album, it’s important for him to thank the entire team of people that make it all happen for him behind the scenes. Bieber is appreciative of all of them, which is why he is having a hard time coping with the fact that one member of his team was killed in the Paris shooting at the Bataclan theater last Friday.

Bieber tweeted about Thomas Ayad, who was an executive at Universal Music Group and a product manager for Mercury. Ayad was present at the Eagles of Death Metal show in Paris that night, and was unfortunately killed in the shooting.

Bieber tweeted about it, saying that he wished that he had a chance to thank Ayad again for everything that he did for him throughout his career. He said that tragedies like this force you to appreciate the good people in your life while they are still around.

Bieber also called for a moment of silence for the victims of the terrorist attacks in Paris during the recent Nickelodeon Halo Awards.
