Solange Knowles has reportedly deleted pictures of herself and her sister Beyoncé from her Instagram.com page. It happened only a day after the notorious surveillance video footage of Solange and Beyoncé’s husband Jay Z fighting in an elevator leaked online.
The famous couple and the 27-year old Solange hit the headlines on Monday, May 12 when a video from the elevator at the Standard Hotel appeared to portray Solange hitting Jay Z, as her sister watched and later stepped between them to calm the family situation down.
The Knowles sisters and the music mogul have yet to comment on the incident. However, on Tuesday, May 13 Solange removed all the photographs of her family featuring her big sister from Instagram.
There was only one picture of them left from over a year ago, where the sisters are photographed with a friend, and a caption accompanying it reads, “Girls moment.”
The reason for the removal still remains unclear. However, the reports show the sisters attended former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland’s alleged wedding on Costa Rica on Friday, May 9.
While the pictures went missing from social media website, Jay Z and his wife are fighting for the same cause. They were seen on Monday at a basketball play-off game between Miami Heat and the Brooklyn Nets, while they were smiling and embracing each other. Their lawyers are investigating the way the footage leaked online.
