Stephen Collins is currently being investigated over the alleged claims that he molested three young girls.

The allegations were originally put forward in 2012, and have now come to light after audio recordings which appear to show the ‘7th Heaven’ star confessing to sexual encounters with the minors leaked online.

He has now been dropped from upcoming projects, including a cameo appearance in the upcoming sequel to Seth McFarlane’s Ted and hit TV series Scandal since police confirmed that they were investigating the tapes, which were allegedly recorded during a therapy session where he was accompanied by wife Faye Grant. She has since filed for divorce from the star, claiming that she discovered that he lead a “secret life”.

“I believe that Stephen used his celebrity status to engender the trust of the families of the children he molested. I further believe that there have been other victims, but he has thus far only confessed to those three girls.”
