4. Ethan Hawke
Four time Oscar nominee Ethan Hawke cheated on his wife, Kill Bill’s Uma Thurman, with their nanny Ryan Shawnhughes. Though Hawke never admitted to having an affair with Shawnhughes, the Boyhood star did go on to marry her and start a family with her.
He still claims that his second wife had nothing to do with the disintegration of his first marriage. Instead, Hawke justifies his actions by asserting that humans are not meant to be monogamous.
Here’s what he said about infidelity:
“People have such a childish view of monogamy and fidelity.’He’s cheated so he’s bad, she’s cheated so she’s bad,’ as opposed to a recognition that our species is not monogamous. To act all indignant, that your world has been rocked because your lover wasn’t faithful to you, is a little bit like acting rocked that your hair went grey. Human beings are sexual beings.”
