The Playboy Mansion For Sale At $200 Million

1

The Playboy Mansion, Hugh Hefner’s iconic estate paradise, has been listed for sale by Hilton and Hyatt for a price of $200 million. The mansion itself has nearly 22,000 square feet and a total of 29 rooms, sitting on more than 5 acres in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills.

According to a press release, the estate features every amenity imaginable, including a separate game house and a catering kitchen. It is one of the few private residences in the city of Los Angeles that actually has a zoo license. Hefner, who is now 89, agreed to sell the property, but under one condition: that he still gets to live in it.

The mansion was built all the way back in 1927 and purchased by the founder of Playboy and Playboy Enterprises in 1971.
