Although she dated a number of men after Ledger’s death, she still claims that being a single mom is rather difficult for her. She credits yoga as her main ally in coping with single parenthood and the death of her daughter’s father. She developed Yoga for Single Moms and explained that it could be used to make you a better person and a better mother.
