Mark Salling, the actor and singer best known for his role in the popular musical television show “Glee,” is going to surrender himself to the federal authorities today, as he is accused of possessing child pornography.

Salling played the popular bad boy Noah “Puck” Puckman on the show. He was arraigned on two charges last week – for receiving and possessing child pornography.

According to news reports, police seized personal property from him, including a laptop, flash drive, and hard drive, as they believed he had pornographic pictures of underage girls on them.

The most recent reports claim that the 33-year-old celebrity was caught getting pictures and videos of young girls on the Internet. He also possessed several pornographic videos that featured girls under the age of 18.

No word on the case from his publicist yet. This isn’t the first time Salling has been in trouble with the law. In 2013, a woman accused him of forced sex without a condom and pressed sexual battery charges against him.
