Farrah’s Crazy Arrest Story

Former Destiny’s Child singer Farrah Franklin had another 5 minutes of fame when she was arrested on Sunday morning, July 20. She was so drunk when she was arrested that she was found lying in an unknown person’s front yard. And she also told policemen she just planned on sleeping in the woods.
TMZ reports all the freaky details.
According to the police, NFL player Da’Quan Bowers flew her to Myrtle Beach. The two of them, together with NFL player Ricky Sapp went out for a night in town on Saturday … and alcohol was present. Then they all went back to Sapp’s apartment and it became obvious that Farrah was wasted.
Sapp and Bowers both told police they thought Franklin had been doing drugs that night. Bowers told police he was suspicious of her because she would go to the bathroom and stayed there for long periods of time.
Bowers and Sapp say they called the police after Franklin went totally crazy, screaming and slamming doors. Then, according to them, Franklin just disappeared. The police searched through the neighborhood and eventually found her lying down in a neighbor’s front lawn.
Police described her as “highly intoxicated” and “unsteady on her feet,” but, however, she denied using drugs that night. She told police she had nowhere to go and planned on sleeping in the woods.
She was later arrested for disorderly conduct.
