Here’s How Kim Kardashian Plans To Lose Her Baby Weight


It’s always a downer when someone insults you for gaining weight, especially if they call you fat just days after giving birth to your second child. Kim Kardashian will have none of it, however. After online trolls offended her, she’s more motivated than ever to shed all her extra weight and get her bikini-ready body back, according to an insider.

And she wants to do it as soon as possible. To get back in shape, she’s enlisted the aid of her personal trainer Harley Pasternak. He says that Kim likes to walk around a lot, so she’ll have to take 10,000 steps every day from now on. According to celeb trainer Charlene Ciardiello, she’ll have to do more than that. Ciardiello says that Kim should do a lot of squats, drink plenty of water and “use her huge yard for workouts”. Kim’s never had too much trouble with losing weight, so we’re sure she’ll get her beautiful body back in no time.
