Jessica Lange Saying Goodbye To American Horror Story
Think what you like about American Horror Story, but it is a highly successful TV show and it actually has some serious quality behind it. One part of it is definitely the cast, an important part of which is undoubtedly Jessica Lange, a tour-de-force in all four seasons aired to date.
Well, it seems that this will be the last season we get to enjoy in her acting and her unnerving presence that has marked all four of her roles over these four seasons. Namely, Jessica has announced that she will not be returning for the fifth season.
She was asked about coming back for the fifth season at a TV festival in Los Angeles, Paleyfest and she replied,
“We’ve had a great run. I have absolutely loved doing these four characters, and in all the madness, I loved the writers, actors, Ryan, the whole insanity of it, the stories, shooting here, shooting in New Orleans, everything. To cut to the chase, yes, I’m done.”
