John Legend Defends Wife Chrissy Teigen From Online Mom-Shaming

John Legend just proved once again to the whole world that he’s the best husband ever. Namely, after online haters mom-shamed his gorgeous model wife Chrissy Teigen for having the nerve to leave the house despite the oh so shocking fact that she’s a mom now, the popular singer took to Twitter to defend Chrissy.
Namely, Chrissy went on a romantic date (with John, of course) two weeks after Luna Simone was born instead of staying at home with the newborn. This sparked an avalanche of hate on social media, which was only directed at Chrissy.
John was apparently fed up with all the negative comments aimed at his wife, telling the cyber bullies that they shouldn’t criticize just Chrissy. As he so smartly pointed out, they should criticize both of them. After all, he is the father and no one blames him for going to a restaurant following the birth of his baby girl.
Here’s what he wrote:
Funny there’s no dad-shaming. When both of us go out to dinner, shame both of us so Chrissy doesn’t have to take it all. We’ll split it.
