Rapper Wale has opened up about the incident that took place during a World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) match on Monday, March 31st. He says the incident was “nothing serious.”

The star was in the audience at the event in Washington, D.C., which after verbal incident turned into a real physical fight when he was bullied by another spectator.

The feud kicked off on Twitter.com.

After the star had read the messages, he felt he needed to approach the man and stop him from getting too far.

As he told MTV news, “It was just a dude that was like, ‘I’mma (sic) kick your a**. I better not see you here’. I was like, ‘Yo, is this you?’ And one thing lead to another, and I just kind of mushed him a little bit.

Honestly, if there wasn’t kids right there, it would have went a little bit differently, but I just wanted to be conscious of them. It’s not to say it was the right decision. But in the moment, you know.”

He also says he is not the person who often gets physical and he’s not the type of person to let these insults get him.

He also said, “I remember when people used to admire real people that stand behind their words or are stand-up men. I come from that. I had to address him as such. It wasn’t nothing really serious.”
