This wasn’t the first time Gomez had problems with trespassers. Before buying the Calabasas mansion in March, her previous home in Tarzana, California, was trespassed by an Arizona man in January 2014.

Gomez, the former Wizards of Waverly Place actress, now turned pop star, was named favorite female singer Saturday night at the Kids’ Choice Awards.

Selena recently purchased the five-bedroom, 7,200 square foot Calabasas mansion which has a swimming pool and tennis court for the price of $3 million.

She reported on-again boyfriend Justin Bieber sold his Calabasas mansion, located in The Oaks neighborhood, to Khloe Kardashian in February and has since been residing in Atlanta.
