Tracy Morgan’s Brain Injury Remains Serious

In June, Tracy Morgan was involved in a car crash that left one of his friends dead and three others, including himself, severely injured.
His lawyer spoke recently about the accident and, asked about the actor’s recovery, said that with trauma to the brain it is very hard to tell when or if full recovery will be reached.
He said that Morgan is fighting to get back to his old self but due to the extent of the injuries, the process is taking longer than expected.
After the injury that took place on the New Jersey Turnpike, Morgan filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart, whose truck was involved in the crash. The driver was sleep-deprived, which Morgan’s lawyers believe to be the company’s fault for giving him such a long route and no time to rest.
Wal-Mart stated that the driver or the company were not at fault because the passengers in Tracy Morgan’s limo were not wearing seatbelts.
