Weed Is To Blame? Bynes Opens Up About Her Behavior

Troubled young actress Amanda Bynes says dope smoking is to blame for her erratic behavior. In 2013, she completed a stint in a rehab facility for mental evaluation following some irrational episodes.
Her mother, Lynn, has also opened up to the public but says her daughter is not suffering from any form of mental disorder and is determined to spread the word about her smoking weed which could have resulted in her bizarre episodes.
Family lawyer, Tamar Arminak, released a statement in which Lynn says, “Amanda has no mental illness whatsoever. She has never been diagnosed as schizophrenic or bipolar. She is very sorry for all the hurtful tweets, statements and actions that occurred while she was under the influence of marijuana.”
Amanda was admitted to hospital in 2013, after numerous odd episodes. Once she even started a fire on her neighbor’s driveway in California.
The lawyer said Bynes is not on any drugs, however, “Amanda currently is on zero medication,” he insisted.

“She’s devoted to living her life as healthy as possible.”
The former actress is also not taking any recreational drugs. “She’s proud to say she’s been marijuana free for the past nine months,” he explained.
“She’s never had a history of abusing alcohol or hard drugs,” he said.
Instead the actress, a former child star, has been talking out her troubles.
“Amanda continues to undergo outpatient therapy several times a week,’ he added. ‘She is doing extremely well.”
