Amber Heard To Testify Against Johnny Depp At Restraining Order Hearing

E! News is reporting that actressAmber Heard is getting ready to take the stand. She wants to testify at the hearing regarding her restraining order against ex-hubby Johnny Depp.
The 30-year-old celebrity is determined to speak at the hearing and her legal team is working around the clock to prepare her. Heard has a lot of work to do, because she needs to be ready for absolutely every line of questioning. Depp’s legal team will no doubt be looking to draw blood, so Heard’s lawyers are making sure that they are going over every possible scenario so that nothing takes her by surprise.
As for Hollywood heartthrob Depp, he probably won’t be there. Heard’s team has requested his presence, but there’s a good chance that he is simply going to plead the fifth.
According to legal experts, it would be best for Depp to stay silent, since anything that he says at this hearing could again be used in the divorce proceedings. Basically, he doesn’t want to do anything that could hurt his case potentially.
We’ll see what happens when Heard takes the stand this Friday.
