Are Selena, Demi And Biebs The New Britney, Christina And Justin?

If we’re talking pop superstars of the early 2000s, then there are only three names that come up when it comes to a pure dominance of the limelight. And those are Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears.
But all of these stars, while still active, are in their 30s with children. It’s now the dawn of a new age of pop stars. So what would today’s version of this power trio be? We are willing to put our money on Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. This became very apparent at the AMAs on Sunday, which these three stars clearly dominated with their performances.
We have the love connection here too – Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were an item just like Timberlake and Spears were (remember the matching denim outfits?). But one thing that is missing is the beef. While Aguilera and Spears always seemed to be in competition which each other, Lovato and Selena are downright chummy.
