Kanye Denies Rumors Of A Bowie Cover Album

By no fault of his own, Kanye got involved in a classic piece of online controversy when it was hinted he would be doing a cover album of David Bowie’s greatest hits. The rumor spread like wildfire and before you know it, there was a petition circulating, condemning Yeezy’s supposed plans.
According to people close to Kanye, there was never even a hint of something like this being planned by the famous rapper. He has always been a huge fan of Bowie’s work and it hasn’t crossed his mind to tamper with Ziggy’s music.
Sometimes it is best not to get swept up in online rumors, even when they sound like they might just be true.
