NFL Star Darren Sharper Charged With Double Sexual Assault

Former NFL safety Darren Sharper has been charged with two more counts of sexual assault in Arizona in November last year. Darren allegedly raped two women, again.

According to TMZ, Maricopa County Attorney’s Office found enough evidence during an investigation to charge the former American football star.

Two women alleged Sharper sexually assaulted them at their apartment after he previously spiked their drinks. Detectives found the cup used to serve one of the women, which was positive for traces of Ambien.

Besides the two sexual assaults, Sharper has been charged with three counts of administering dangerous drugs.

The retired sportsman turned himself in to the police in Los Angeles on February 27th after authorities in New Orleans, Louisiana issued an arrest warrant with two additional charges of rape.

If the court finds him guilty of those charges, Sharper might end up in prison with the charge of life without parole.

Last month Darren also pleaded not guilty to claims alleging he drugged and raped two women in LA. The investigation is still ongoing, but if found guilty, he could face more than 30 years in prison.
