After nobody believed his patient approach to the Brown situation, rapper Nelly talked to TMZ.com, and tried to explain his point of view, after he was criticized by his fans for posting irrelevant stuff on his Twitter.com page.
In his interview with TMZ, the star said, “I understand the frustration, but we have to strategize before we overreact,” he said. “We don’t get no do-over on sh– like this, so we have to do it right the first time.”
“Ain’t nothing happen no different that hasn’t been happening … At the end of the day, we should have waited to strategize first and take all the right steps to organize.”
On August 19, Nelly joined protesters in Ferguson, and also started a fund in Michel Brown’s honor.
