VMAs Trifecta Part 2: Kanye Announces Running For President

We are continuing our 2015 VMAs bonanza with a guy who always makes sure the award ceremonies are something special – Kanye West. This time, he really went all-out.
Kanye was the recipient of the Video Vanguard Award and after being presented with the award (by none other than Taylor Swift), he gave one of the longest and most incoherent speeches in the history of music award speeches.
Really, we could quote and quote him ’til the cows come home, but it would be pretty pointless. You can find a short excerpt below if you want to get a feel for it. The most important part of the speech was definitely when he announced that he will run for president in 2020.
