Chris Brown Scores Big Win In Custody Battle

Good news for Chris Brown – he is going to maintain joint legal and physical custody of his daughter Royalty.

The r’n’b singer and rapper has had his troubles with the law, but it looks like he is finally ready to stay out of trouble, and it probably has a lot to do with his daughter and how much she means to him.

Brown’s baby mama Nia Guzman claimed that the celebrity singer was unfit to care for Royalty without monitoring and supervision. However, the court believes otherwise. Nothing will change in the arrangement, and Brown will keep joint custody.

Guzman told the court that Brown has drug problems and gang affiliations, making him unfit to care for Royalty on his own. But thankfully for Brown, the judge didn’t agree.

Reports say that Guzman is also planning to ask for a $10,000 increase in child support. Brown currently pays $2,500 a month.
